In reply to Mr Benvenuti, and in the spirit of Prime Minister's Questions "I refer the gentleman to the answer I (and others) gave some weeks ago".

This particular topic and paper were discussed in Mid-January, and the findings and logic largely rejected! I appreciate that the entire thread of responses is very difficult to view (impossible for me with Internet Explorer) but I have had 100% success using Firefox (an open source, free web browser). I highly recommend this particular program, at least for the purposes of viewing the complete list of responses in this thread.
