Co-organizer, Miami Bio/Technology Winter Symposium: Advances in Gene Technology, 1988 - 1998. Member, International Advisory Board, UNESCO World Journal of Microbiology and Biotechnology (Oxford University Press), 1987 - present. Bialy was the original editor of Rethinking AIDS.
